Refund policy

At Vegan Délice, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review our policy below for more details.

1. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect order selection.
  • For private dinners:

    • If you are unable to attend your reserved private dinner, returns are not available.
    • However, you may change your reservation to another available date for the same event only.
    • Reservation changes are subject to availability, and must be requested at least 48 hours before the event.
    • Changes or refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Service fees charged by the platform are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Please provide detailed photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • We will offer a replacement or store credit if necessary.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of our products. We suggest reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase.
