We are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Meal Prep Deliveries

We offer 1 or 2 scheduled deliveries per month for meal preps in the following locations:

📍 Guayama – Free Delivery
📍 Caguas & San Juan – $5.00 delivery fee + tax

Delivery dates will be announced in advance. Customers must place their orders before the cut-off date to be included in the upcoming delivery.

2. Delivery Process

• Deliveries are made on the scheduled dates only—no additional delivery requests will be accepted.
• Customers must be available at the provided address during the delivery window.
• If no one is available to receive the order the order will be forfeited without a refund.

3. Pickup Option

If you prefer, you may pick up your order in Guayama at our designated location. Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.

4. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, you must notify us within 24 hours for resolution.
